Different varieties serve different buyers
Mazafati is soft and usually requires cool-chain planning. Piarom is semi-dry and premium-positioned. Zahedi offers longer storage, while Rabbi and Kabkab serve other flavour and texture preferences.
Specify before ordering
Confirm moisture, size, grade, crop year, packaging, storage temperature and destination labelling requirements. A sample should represent the final shipment specification.
